God’s Pleasure at Work

Real People - Real Faith - Real World

"You will be glad you participated. Don’t miss this."
Chuck Colson, Founder, Prison Fellowship and BreakPoint

"...a terrific presentation, great graphics and profound ideas."
Dr. Al Erisman, Executive Director and Co-founder, Center for Integrity in Business, Seattle Pacific University

God’s Pleasure At Work helps people understand the amazing significance of work, and inspires followers of Christ to see their work as “the Lord’s work,” no matter what kind of work it may be.

Is your work really important to God? If you’re a pastor or a physician, you’re probably thinking, “yes.” But what if you’re a plumber or a proofreader?

The fact is, God does His work through carpenters, cops and CEOs. For a follower of Christ, there is no such thing as “secular work.” As the English Puritan Pastor George Swinnock once wrote, “…his shop as well as his chapel is holy ground.”

But to truly comprehend how the work of a plumber can be as significant as the work of a pastor, one must understand why work is truly significant to God.

This course provides practical tools for bringing extraordinary meaning to your work, and for making your faith an integral part of it all, whether paid or volunteer.
