e-mail Worldview Matters by
clicking here, providing an explanation of who
you are, what organization you represent, and

Step 3:
After a workshop date has been approved by Worldview
Matters, fill out and sign the “Confirmation
Form” found on the last page of the “How
To Host A Think Again! Workshop” document
(Step 1). Mail the signed Confirmation Form to
Worldview Matters, 2800 122nd Place NE, Bellevue,
WA 98005, along with the required deposit to hold
your date, as explained on the Confirmation Form.
Your Confirmation Form will be signed by a representative
from Worldview Matters and returned to you for
your records. |
